Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, mechanical equipment, power systems, and building controls. Complete general building maintenance such as plumbing, lighting repairs, basic electrical work, and carpentry while conducting facility inspections to proactively identify issues. Escort and coordinate vendors performing specialized repairs, move equipment and materials as needed, and maintain accurate maintenance records to ensure a safe, compliant facility. Participate in an on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and emergency response. This role supports a safe, compliant facility within a highly regulated commercial environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial facilities maintenance experience
- EPA certification required
- High school diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, food manufacturing, or another regulated environment preferred
