Job Summary
Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for assisting internal departments with service calls and maintaining commercial facilities. Performs preventive maintenance, routinely inspects properties for opportunities and needs, and repairs or replaces components as scheduled to ensure longevity and proper usage. Requires the ability to perform light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, climb ladders up to 20 feet, and work on-site with physical stamina. Requires flexible availability including weekends and evenings (10am–7pm) and a valid driver’s license. Emphasis on maintaining resort standards, strong organizational and communication skills, adherence to resort core values, and completing all assigned work orders efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends
- Minimum age 18
- Minimum of two or more years of maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Weekend & evening shift availability (10am - 7pm)
- Ability to work on site
- Able to perform light plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs
