Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility systems, equipment, and components while executing inspections and reporting conditions impacting client operations. Conduct general interior maintenance including painting, drywall patching, furniture repairs, and door maintenance, plus replace lighting and clean HVAC coils. Complete Hazard Assessments for all activities and maintain compliance with safety procedures. Submit P-card receipts daily and update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems such as Corrigo Enterprise. Support maintenance of BMS and Card Access systems for building operations. This role requires a full-time on-site position in O'Fallon, MO, with a salary of $23.00 per hour. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in general building repair and maintenance
- basic plumbing
- basic electrical work
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
- climb up to 30 ft ladders safely
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork
- Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be available for on-site work in O'Fallon, MO
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CMMS systems and computerized maintenance management
- Trade school certification in electrical, HVAC, or mechanical systems
- Knowledge of BMS and Card Access system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and scheduling
- OSHA safety certifications and specialized training
- Understanding of building codes, compliance requirements, and energy efficiency practices
- Experience with mobile maintenance operations and multi-site assignments
