Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Manufacturing Building Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment across the facility. Install and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, compressor/vacuum, plumbing and electrical systems; perform routine repairs on air handling and other facility systems; troubleshoot mechanical equipment problems; monitor air handling systems; complete preventative maintenance tasks on time; assist with utility installations for production equipment online moves and line configuration/equipment moves; assemble/disassemble cubicle walls and partitions; respond to Facilities-related requests; follow safety and EH&S standards. Requires high school diploma and 2+ years in HVAC, refrigeration, ductwork, and related trades. 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required
- At least 2 years of experience working in heating, cooling, HVAC, industrial electricity, sheet metal, ductwork, and refrigeration gases
