Facilities Maintenance Technician I/II (CORP) - 1st Shift

Facilities Maintenance Technician I/II (CORP) on 1st Shift responsible for grounds cleanup, snow removal, and assisting the Facilities Maintenance Lead/Supervisor with various maintenance duties. Duties include keeping facilities grounds clean, landscaping tasks (planting, pruning, mulching), seasonal grounds maintenance (mowing, rake, snow plowing/shoveling), assisting with painting and minor construction, coordinating with the lead/supervisor, performing safety and security inspections, and supporting other maintenance tasks as needed. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, ability to operate small engine equipment, valid driver’s license, forklift certification or ability to obtain, DOT health card, basic MS Office skills, respirator-use medical clearance, physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, and the capacity to lift 50 pounds.
