Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license for operation of a motor vehicle in Maine.
- Five years of facilities maintenance, construction, or repair experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
Desired Qualifications
- Higher education beyond high school is preferred.
- Demonstrates a strong background in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and construction trades.
- Self-directed and resourceful with regard to individual and team problem solving.
