Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections, perform minor repairs on equipment like generators and HVAC systems, and maintain clean, safe spaces inside and out. Change air filters, inspect fire extinguishers, respond to facility alarms, and ensure all tasks are documented in maintenance software. Handle unexpected issues, support the team with event setups and basic custodial tasks, and make recommendations for facility improvements. Requires a high school diploma, two years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience, a valid Michigan driver's license, and forklift/aerial lift certification. Required Qualifications

- Solid background in facilities maintenance
- At least two years of hands-on experience
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Certification in forklift operation
- Certification in aerial lift operation
