Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple locations, diagnosing and repairing basic-to-intermediate electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, fixtures, and lighting issues. Maintain clean, safe buildings; operate CMMS to complete work orders; assist renovations/remodels and provide on-call coverage. Work independently or as part of a team, coordinate with supervisors and location managers, and ensure safety by following OSHA standards and using PPE. Ability to travel between locations and communicate progress clearly; willingness to support emergencies and maintain facility upkeep including housekeeping, painting, minor landscaping, and fixture replacements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance or facilities experience
- Working knowledge of basic trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, minor HVAC)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel between locations
