Job Summary
Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including painting, drywall patching, and fixture installations for doors, locks, and shelving. Replace lighting, ceiling tiles, and basic hardware while handling minor plumbing and electrical tasks. Maintain dealership grounds through mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanup, and snow removal, plus pressure wash sidewalks and exterior areas. Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and ability to perform physical work required. Monday-Friday schedule with competitive pay and free college tuition available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a good driving record
- Experience with general building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or handyman work
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors
