Facilities Maintenance Technician

Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex HVAC, electrical, building automation, and fire/life safety systems for data center, cash processing, and commercial kitchen operations. Respond to service requests, calibrate and repair lights and plumbing fixtures, perform preventive maintenance, install carpet tiles and hardware, create purchase orders, and coordinate with manufacturers/vendors for parts and support. Collaborate with building engineers and project managers, utilize testing equipment and hand tools, and maintain clean, safe workspaces while upholding an energy-efficient operation. Onsite, full-time role in Denver, CO with standard shift and on-call rotation.
