Facilities Maintenance Technician

Identify, troubleshoot, and repair light maintenance jobs including plumbing, carpentry, electrical issues, HVAC units, and light fixtures across ETCOG's facilities and properties. Use hands-on problem-solving abilities to ensure interior and exterior spaces are in top shape, aesthetically pleasing, and running smoothly while meeting safety standards. Work independently with minimal supervision in owned and leased facilities to fix furniture, perform assembly, and arrange equipment. Maintain a flexible part-time schedule with a minimum of three years' experience required. Prior eligible government, public-sector, or Texas ISD service may count toward retirement credit.
