Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and HVAC systems, and support tenant service requests in a commercial facilities environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a strong customer service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction, building maintenance, or related experience
- Hands-on knowledge of building systems, repair techniques, and tools
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to use and learn computer programs, including CMMS systems
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and work with tools safely
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
