Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at The Center for Youth to work with the Assistant Director of Facilities and Operations to ensure facilities, grounds, and equipment are maintained. Responsibilities include general maintenance/repairs, painting, light carpentry, minor electrical work, repair/replacement of fixtures and equipment, yard/grounds maintenance, health and safety reporting with corrective action plans, interior and exterior inspections, and coordinating annual fire clearances, alarms, and sprinkler inspections while ensuring OSHA compliance and safe operation of tools and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma OR equivalent
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- A valid drivers license
- Advanced knowledge of Windows10
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advanced knowledge of Internet Explorer
