Facilities Maintenance Technician

Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of dealership facilities (showroom, offices, restrooms, service areas, and lot); assist with minor building repairs and basic maintenance tasks; maintain the grounds by removing trash, sweeping, and keeping walkways clear and safe; keep cleaning and maintenance supplies stocked and organized; support the team with setup for dealership events or special projects; provide a friendly, helpful presence when interacting with customers and coworkers. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends or late nights.
