Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, dock equipment, and building structure. Inspect warehouse racking, doors, conveyors, and material handling systems while responding promptly to work orders for diagnosis and resolution. Monitor building systems through the Building Management System and temperature logs, and conduct routine safety inspections of fire suppression and emergency equipment. Partner with vendors for maintenance and maintain documentation for AIB, OSHA, and regulatory audits. Assist with minor construction projects, event setup, and warehouse reconfiguration as assigned. Regular work hours Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with weekend on-call availability for special events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience in a warehouse, industrial, or food service environment
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified within 30 days of hire
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA, and safety best practices
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

- Technical or trade school Certification
