Job Summary
Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for custodial duties and routine repair/maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under supervision within White Mountain Apache Tribe's Apache Behavioral Health Services. Duties include cleaning floors, walls, restrooms, kitchen areas, and furnishings; operating cleaning chemicals per OSHA guidelines; setting up for events; maintaining inventory of supplies; performing basic auto inspections; coordinating with supervisor on repairs; ensuring building security and safety; adhering to HIPAA standards; and participating in ABHS meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma
- experience working with Native Americans preferred
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- ability to pass pre-employment testing including fingerprint clearance, drug testing and background check
