Job Summary
Conduct commercial maintenance and service repairs across plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, flooring, masonry, EIFS, and structural work in a designated territory. Complete service tickets with thorough documentation while maintaining clear communication with supervisors and office staff on open issues. Utilize industry-specific software and mobile applications to manage work orders and ensure cost-conscious, high-quality, and timely delivery. Travel up to 2,000 miles weekly to client sites, adhering to a flexible schedule that includes on-call, overnight, and weekend availability. Provide your own transportation for tools and equipment, including a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial maintenance experience
- experience in plumbing
- experience in electrical
- experience in drywalling
- experience in carpentry
- experience in flooring
- experience in masonry
- experience in EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems)
- experience in welding
- experience in advanced structural repairs
- high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification(s)
- Proven mechanical aptitude
- proficiency in reading assembly drawings
- proficiency in reading blueprint drawings
- ability to deliver exceptional service to customers with minimal direct supervision
- ability to successfully complete service tickets in a designated territory
- ability to work in a cost conscious, high-quality, timely manner
- ability to maintain clear lines of professional communication with lead technician(s), supervisor(s), Manager(s), and office staff
- ability to document open issues and progress of all work assigned
- flexibility and cooperation with fellow employees and customers
- high level of professionalism
- ability to follow all policies and procedures to ensure proper and safe working conditions
- ability to travel up to 500-2000 miles per week
- ability to meet flexible and adaptable schedule including on-call, overnight, and weekend availability
- ability to perform short overnight travel (1–4 nights)
- own reliable transportation capacity
- valid driver's license
- ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
