Job Summary
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe campus environment for students, residents, staff, and visitors through routine cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance repairs. Support the Operations Department by completing assigned cleaning projects, seasonal snow and ice removal, and facility-related tasks while managing tools, equipment, and daily work logs. Work independently or collaboratively to uphold safety standards and promote the quality of life for individuals with autism.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment, maintenance tools, and related equipment
- Ability to perform physically active work that may include lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete assigned tasks independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in custodial services, environmental services, facilities maintenance, housekeeping, property maintenance, or a related field
- Valid driver's license
