Facilities Maintenance Tech III

Facilities Maintenance Tech III responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment in a well-maintained condition. Performs skilled and unskilled maintenance tasks, monitors outside vendors and contractors, assists with building security, conducts basic electrical/plumbing work, performs carpentry and painting, transports goods, manages preventative maintenance program, conducts on-call maintenance, ensures safety compliance with all guidelines, maintains inventory and payroll/time records, and interacts professionally with residents and vendors. Must be able to travel to various work-site locations, climb ladders up to 20 feet, and work independently with limited supervision. Requires a valid NYS driver’s license and ability to work under time constraints.
