Job Summary
Facilities Maintenance Tech needed for 1st shift in Evendale, OH to perform maintenance and repairs of building systems in a manufacturing/industrial setting. Responsibilities include repairing plumbing systems, electrical systems, HVAC, roofs, pumps and valves, consulting on maintenance improvements, reading and interpreting blueprints, operating and maintaining a wide range of tools and equipment, preventive maintenance tasks (filters, lighting, fire extinguishers, emergency lights), completing invoices and weekly reports, driving a company vehicle for local pickups, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and safe work practices. Requires 3 years of industrial facilities maintenance experience, 10 years of general maintenance experience/training, snow shoveling, small tractor/plow operation, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to read sketches/diagrams. Required Qualifications
- Industrial facilities maintenance: 3 years (Required)
- Ability to shovel snow, drive a small tractor and a plow truck
- Skilled tradesman with 10 years of experience and training in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
- Proven ability to read and interpret sketches, drawings, diagrams, and blueprints
- Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance
- The ability to stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights and in confined spaces is required
