Job Summary
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, cooler, office, and exterior work environment by performing routine facility maintenance tasks, minor repairs, painting, and floor upkeep. Conduct regular inspections of building equipment, lighting, fire extinguiers, and exit lights while identifying and reporting issues to complete preventative maintenance activities. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and WAVE machines, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials. Support compliance with company safety standards and facility maintenance procedures in a warehouse, cooler, and outdoor setting. Full-time Sunday–Thursday schedule with additional hours during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Previous facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or janitorial experience preferred
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and maintenance equipment
- Ability to safely operate or obtain certification to operate forklifts and WAVE equipment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and crouch throughout the workday
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Sunday–Thursday schedule
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM shift times
- Onsite position
