Facilities Maintenance Team Leader

Lead shift maintenance associates, coordinate equipment downtime resolution, and oversee Preventative Maintenance activities while ensuring employee safety and intra-departmental communication. Supervise, orient, and train staff; prepare schedules, assign daily duties, and evaluate job performance, punctuality, and attendance. Review completed work orders and preventive maintenance forms to ensure proper documentation and track special projects for timely completion. Assess and maintain automated systems for fire alarms, pneumatic tubes, and nurse call systems, recommending energy savings. Share on-call duty on a rotating basis and coordinate repairs with shops and contractors.
