Job Summary
Conduct daily repair and maintenance for all operation areas, including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds. Maintain cleanliness of exterior and interior facilities by emptying trash, sweeping walkways, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture. Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed. Perform other duties as required. This role supports Achasta Golf Club, a property within the global Troon organization, focusing on hospitality operations in Dahlonega, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and speak English
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms
- Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits
- Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles
- Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with IT is a plus
