Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure facility safety, cosmetic standards, and compliance with local and state regulations. Manage preventative maintenance programs, oversee construction projects, and direct other maintenance personnel as needed. Obtain competitive vendor bids, recommend cost-reduction strategies, and maintain the facilities vehicle. Participate in a rotating on-call system for after-hours and weekend emergencies. Requires high school diploma, three years of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or electrical experience, and a valid driver's license. Schedule includes Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts from 10am to 6pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years' work experience maintain and/or installing HVAC, plumbing carpentry and electrical
- Valid state driver's license
