Job Summary
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues across the dealership while operating a skid-steer for lawn care and snow removal. Conduct daily lot inspections to remove trash, clean and fix building fixtures including lights, locks, and windows, and perform minor painting, flooring, and drywall work. Execute preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems, replace filters, and maintain waste oil furnaces and parts washers. Report hazardous conditions and complex needs to managers, coordinate installations, and assist with special events. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong document interpretation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proven experience in facility maintenance/management
- Demonstrated ability to operate a skid-steer
- Capacity to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals and instructions
- Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or heavier with the assistance and/or use of proper equipment
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
