Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in facilities/construction management or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in commercial and/or residential construction or facilities maintenance
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
