Facilities & Maintenance Specialist -Dubuque

Conduct facility, vehicle, and equipment routine preventative maintenance to assure efficient functioning. Maintain assigned buildings, complete repairs, and manage utilities including heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems. Oversee storeroom inventory, deliver supplies, and handle donation pickups. Maintain supplier listings, process receipts, and reconcile invoices. Requires a High School Diploma or GED with prior facilities maintenance experience. At the Affordable Housing Network, you will support diverse housing communities in the Cedar Rapids area, connecting residents with essential services.
