Facilities & Maintenance Specialist responsible for overseeing cleanliness, safety, and functionality of owned and leased facilities, including planning, budgeting, and managing maintenance, repairs, renovations, and security to ensure a safe, efficient environment; performs diversified maintenance tasks, develops preventative maintenance schedules, coordinates with vendors/contractors, liaises with landlords, conducts monthly facility inspections, maintains asset inventories, plans space changes, and trains staff on emergency procedures.
