Job Summary
Conduct daily visual checks of grounds and buildings, reporting unusual activities, damages, or repair needs to the Facilities Manager. Maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems while keeping surrounding grounds properly landscaped. Assist in performing repairs or working with contracted individuals and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Operate commercial-grade maintenance equipment and manage time to prioritize tasks as assigned. Must hold a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
Required Qualifications
