Facilities Maintenance Planner (R&D)

Job Summary
Plan and schedule resources for calibrations, preventive, and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient completion alongside manufacturing operations. Review and approve incoming work requests, develop backlog reports, and optimize maintenance plans while managing work through the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Oversee work order compliance with FDA, DEA, and OSHA regulatory requirements, coordinate with laboratory and field service teams, and execute purchase requisitions for materials and equipment. Compile the master schedule to establish operation sequences and lead times based on production forecasts. Initiate incident notifications for out-of-tolerance calibrations and create equipment records in the CMMS.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical)
- 2-year college technical school 10+ years of experience
- any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job

- Experience in laboratory/manufacturing maintenance environment
