Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned through work orders, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, painting, and facility upkeep. Maintain and repair building systems, equipment, fixtures, and facilities while conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance needs across assigned locations. Complete all required documentation and paperwork within one working day of job completion. Travel between sites in the FIVCO and Gateway Regions using a provided vehicle, adhering to safety procedures and protocols. Requires high school diploma, hands-on experience, valid driver's license, and ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- General maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience
- Ability to read, interpret, and complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned service regions
