Job Summary
Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned through work orders, maintaining and repairing facilities, equipment, and systems as needed. Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs across assigned locations and complete all required paperwork within one working day of job completion. Ensure tools and equipment are used and maintained safely while following all safety procedures and protocols. This part-time role requires a high school diploma, general maintenance experience in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work, and strong problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license is preferred for regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance tasks (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.)
- Ability to read and follow work orders and complete associated documentation accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
