Job Summary
Facilities Maintenance role at Mulligan Fun Inc in Murrieta, CA. Responsible for maintaining Fun Center attractions and grounds, performing cleaning, repairs, and routine inspections to keep facilities safe and well maintained. Tasks include hosing down, scrubbing, washing, painting, polishing attractions; operating maintenance equipment such as high-pressure sprayers, power tools, paint sprayers, and electrical test devices; conducting scheduled inspections and documenting maintenance needs. Work schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays; physical demands include lifting, climbing ladders, and manual dexterity. Reports to General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Maintenance Manager. Must have basic math, reading/writing/speaking English, and prior maintenance/handyman experience; electrical systems and commercial kitchen equipment experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Experience with electrical systems preferred
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (standing/walking, lifting 30+ pounds, climbing ladders)
