Facilities Maintenance Manager

Oversee daily maintenance operations for production equipment, utilities, and facility systems by conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal equipment performance with minimal downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using technical schematics, equipment manuals, and engineering drawings while fabricating or modifying components as needed. Manage maintenance projects, contractors, vendors, and facility improvements while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within established budgets. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inspection documentation while enforcing safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, equipment sanitation requirements, and compliance with company policies. Requires 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment and ability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Bakery experience preferred.
