Job Summary
Facilities Maintenance Manager at Ragged Mountain Resort LLC oversees maintenance of resort buildings and lodges, supervising a team of ~15 with two supervisors, coordinating parking operations, and ensuring OSHA and NHDES compliance. Responsible for planning and executing preventative maintenance, documenting work, managing safety programs, and overseeing remodeling projects, with duties including evaluating equipment, obtaining cost estimates, budgeting support, and managing service contracts for critical systems (waste removal, plumbing, HVAC, NFPA 25). Requires supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; OSHA-10 is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of responsible experience in facilities maintenance involving building and grounds repair, with proven supervisory experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
