Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Facilities Management, Plant Operations, Engineering, or Maintenance Leadership experience
- Previous experience managing maintenance teams, budgets, and operational performance
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Experience utilizing CMMS/work order management systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- Formal apprenticeship, technical trade school training, or equivalent technical education
- Experience within healthcare facilities, hospitals, medical campuses, or regulated environments
- Experience overseeing multiple facilities or campuses
- Professional certifications such as CHFM, CPMM, CFM or other relevant facilities or engineering certifications
