Facilities Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Lead the facilities maintenance team, establish priorities aligned with production objectives, and direct reliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, oversee CMMS performance, and drive root cause analysis to reduce equipment failures. Manage operating budgets, capital planning, and contractors while ensuring compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and fire codes. Monitor key performance indicators including PM compliance, MTTR, and downtime to support operational decision-making. Available to work weekends and holidays as needed; must obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.

- Bachelor's degree or can substitute experience for a degree
- Two to four years' experience
- Supervisory experience with Facility Maintenance experience
- Knowledgeable in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps and automated machinery
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, welding, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, plumbing, HVAC and building systems
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Advanced computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
- The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
- The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions
- The ability to work in low light situations
- Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity
- Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory experience with Facility Maintenance experience preferred
