Facilities Maintenance Lead

Lead daily maintenance operations across all building systems (M&E, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, furniture) at Imagination's three UK sites, oversee preventative maintenance in line with regulations and best practice, plan and document checks for regulatory compliance (fire safety, EICR, legionella, HSAWA), review and negotiate annual service contracts with key suppliers, manage external contractors, act as the Competent Person under fire safety regulations, collaborate with Health & Safety to ensure statutory compliance, manage maintenance costs, support environmental compliance and energy reduction plans, respond to emergencies, plan internal office moves, and provide portering support as needed. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, confidentiality, organizational prowess, and proven experience in commercial maintenance, with recognised H&S qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) and membership of relevant professional bodies. Knowledge of BMS systems and adherence to LOLER, PUWER, and COSHH is expected, as is the ability to work with a range of contractors and internal teams.
