Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the corporate headquarters by serving as the primary on-site lead for climate control systems, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing errors, and handling minor repairs to ensure optimal air quality. Diagnose and fix minor electrical issues, plumbing tasks, drywall patching, and basic office reconfigurations while conducting regular safety walkthroughs to identify hazards and test emergency systems. Manage vendor relationships, organize projects, and lead small team initiatives to maintain a safe, comfortable, and fully operational environment. Requires 3–5 years of commercial facility maintenance experience with a strong focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial or corporate facility maintenance experience
- Must be comfortable organizing workflows and communicating with corporate staff
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to use basic workplace software or smartphone apps to track maintenance tickets and communicate with management
Desired Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
- EPA certification
- Formal HVAC training
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic electrical
- Demonstrated proficiency in plumbing
- Demonstrated proficiency in general carpentry
- Prior experience as a supervisor
- Prior experience as a lead tech
- Prior experience as a project manager
