Job Summary
Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper responsible for cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of club facilities indoors and outdoors, including cleaning floors, furniture, restsrooms, dining areas, and common spaces; perform and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring); maintain preventive maintenance checklists; communicate with supervisor to coordinate requests; contribute to a safety-focused, professional club environment; requires high school diploma/GED and at least 2 years’ experience in golf club maintenance or housekeeping; physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work weekends/holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial services in the golf club environment
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and sanitation best practices
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces (carpets, windows, restrooms)
- Experience with OSHA regulations, electrical codes, and compliance related facility maintenance
