Job Summary
Maintain clean, safe, and functional Town facilities through custodial services and routine building maintenance. Perform cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, meeting spaces, recreational facilities, and public areas while completing minor repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, facility inspections, and ground cleanup. Safely operate custodial and maintenance equipment with attention to safety and facility standards, identifying and repairing maintenance needs to support daily building operations.
