Job Summary
Conduct morning facility walk-throughs to identify immediate issues and perform basic repairs such as plumbing, painting, and fixture replacements. Serve as the primary vendor contact for HVAC, roofing, and fire safety services while coordinating preventive maintenance programs for all machinery. Review incoming maintenance requests to create action plans for both in-house and outsourced repairs, then maintain accurate records of all activities. Provide weekly status updates to leadership regarding scheduled maintenance and emergency developments. Requires 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in a maintenance coordinator or similar role within a manufacturing or machining environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
