Job Summary
Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspect completed work, and manage work orders for agency-owned properties including shelters, housing, and apartments. Directly supervise maintenance staff, recruit personnel, and oversee contracted service providers while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Respond to alarm calls and facility emergencies, maintain camera systems, and process contract labor billing. This role supports quality housing environments for staff, tenants, and customers at SEK-CAP, Inc., requiring proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Full-time, in-person position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Current valid driver's license
- Insurability under the organization's motor vehicle insurance carrier requirements
- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, Building Technology, or a related field
- National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) Inspection Certification
- Lead Based Paint Safe Practices Training Certification
- Successfully pass required background checks
- Successfully pass health assessments
- Successfully pass drug screening
- Obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in email
