Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Responsible for the upkeep, repair, and safe operation of a building's physical assets, including its systems, infrastructure, and grounds. Delivers preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; facilitates quality and efficiency improvements in shop and warehouse areas; performs corrective repairs to leaks, damaged structures, and other issues; oversees building systems (heating/cooling, lighting, security alarms, fire suppression); manages groundskeeping and janitorial tasks; coordinates outside contractors for specialized repairs; maintains logs and tracks resources for maintenance tasks; on-call for emergencies; requires strong technical trades skills, problem-solving, organizational, and supervisory abilities; high school diploma or equivalent with 2–5 years of commercial maintenance experience; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; able to lift up to 80 pounds; excellent communication and leadership skills.
