Job Summary
Maintain carpets, floors, and restrooms through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing across indoor and outdoor club areas. Dust furniture, shelves, and HVAC registers while ensuring daily assignments meet club standards. Perform or coordinate facility repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and flooring to address member and guest requests. Document work on a preventive maintenance checklist and communicate priorities with the supervisor. Assist with additional tasks as needed and adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the general facility, property maintenance, or golf club environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs. on occasion
- Availability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet position deadlines
- Adherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in performing minor repairs, painting, plumbing, or other related maintenance tasks
- Previous training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance
- Knowledge of and adherence to all OSHA regulations, electrical codes, and other compliance related facility maintenance
