Job Summary
Manage and update work orders with notes, photos, and receipts while performing repairs for HVAC, electrical, and general building systems. Provide custodial support alongside supervisors to maintain resort cleanliness and verify completed work with leadership. Maintain amenities like play yards and pools, lead training on animal care equipment, and plan, schedule, and purchase materials for maintenance projects. Travel up to 50% within the assigned market to support multiple locations. Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines while lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Two to Four years of related experience
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with resort leadership, vendors, and team members
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Commitment to following OSHA regulations and all company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to travel up to 50% within an assigned market to support multiple resort locations
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical writing, schemes, building plans, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience maintaining commercial facilities and hospital properties
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other maintenance certifications are a plus
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to use work order management systems
