Job Summary
Hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Assistant needed to keep a restaurant and cocktail lounge operating smoothly. Responsibilities include deep cleaning, ice bin sanitation, chair/table/furniture maintenance, minor repairs and touch-ups, organizing storage areas, decluttering and facility improvements, light painting/staining, equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance, patio setup and seasonal maintenance, and assisting with special projects. Requires reliable transportation, ability to lift 50+ lbs, basic hand tool knowledge, and the ability to work independently. 20 hours/week with daytime hours preferred; opportunity for additional hours during larger projects. Pay is $20/hour. Location: Royal Oak, MI.
