Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, complete assigned work orders, and assist with preventative maintenance and routine inspections. Support general property upkeep through cleaning, power washing, and maintaining common areas while stocking supplies and organizing storage areas. Coordinate with outside vendors when needed and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner. Follow all safety procedures and company policies while working directly with the Maintenance Manager on daily tasks and priorities. This part-time role at Copperleaf Golf Club in Estero, FL, requires 25–30 hours per week with a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends.
