Job Summary
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and perform necessary repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds. Execute maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC work while responding promptly to maintenance requests. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to safety policies, including hot water boiler inspections and snow removal when needed. Required Qualifications
- Experience in facility maintenance, including knowledge of building systems and equipment
