Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, plumbing, water well/lift stations, CNC machines, and TIG welding equipment to ensure reliable facility and production operations. Read schematics and technical drawings to diagnose root causes, implement effective repair solutions, and perform both preventive maintenance and corrective repairs. Support facility activities by responding to equipment-related issues while adhering to safety policies and industry best practices. This role requires a flexible schedule, long periods of standing or walking, and the ability to lift 40 lbs safely. Candidates must have 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in electrical work.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience
- Minimum 2 years Electrical experience
- Experience using power, and hand tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, e.g., evaluating symptoms, determining root causes
- Must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- HS diploma or GED
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the role
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time or until the end of the assigned shift
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. safely and properly, as needed throughout the assigned shift with or without assistance
- Must be able to bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder height, crouch, balance, and push/pull

- 2-year college or technical trade school in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance
